In Hinduism, Svadhyaya is the incorporation of the message of the Bhagavad Gita in one's life. Literally speaking, it means study of the self. It is commonly used to refer to Swadhyay Parivar (Family) founded by Rev. Pandurang Shastri Athavale.

Svadhyaya has a wide following in the US and many parts of the world.
