Mleccha (from Sanskrit म्लेच्छ mleccha, meaning "non-Aryan, barbarian") is an Indian derogatory term for foreigners or people who did not speak Sanskrit and did not conform with conventional Hindu beliefs and practices. However in this day and age, there are hardly any people left who are aware of such term or believe.
